She may have told you that he convinced her into spending the night with him but "it takes two to tango!". You should feel just as much anger towards her! And one thing I've learned is that trying to convince a woman to come back to you is USELESS. It's better to pretend that they do no exist, in order to make them miss you. And one other thing; don't resort to violence. It's not the other lad's fault any more then it is your ex-girlfriend's fault. Leave them alone and go find another lady - there are PLENTY out there!

Carl, in order for her to realize what she's missing, she has to have TIME to miss you. If you continue to persue her she will not have time to miss you. Trust me, I realize how hard this is. My girlfriend of 2 years recently broke up with me and for weeks I fought the urge to contact her. But TRUST ME it gets EASIER. Especially if you realize that the more you fight the urge to contact her, the most she is wondering what you're doing and who you're doing it with. Make her miss you.
