    Day 1 I accept the challenge.... I find myself picking up the phone or to have a internal debate to set it back down. I have so much I want to tell him and ask him. BUT I know NC is the best option for me. I know that I don't want to cry anymore...I don't want to lie here thinking about him...about the good memories...why are human relationships/emotions so difficult?
