    I dropped off some mail at her place just left it on the ground outside of her house does this count as a break? im on day 5 longest yet and I feel like Im having a nervous breakdown. Just pacing the floors screaming to myself i am having a tough time I miss her and the kids so much.......

    My Ex called me yesterday. Does that count if she called me and I got off the phone pretty quick? Only been two days Im still a mess.

    I am going to try a n/c thing i suppose my ex and I were together 4 years. I am dying on the inside i miss her unbelievably. i miss her two small children so much I will try to go NC I used it in other relationships in the past and it always helps everything. Its just so hard to get started.
