I just went through a breakup, and was wondering if there was any advice that could given to me so I could continue living life as happy as possible. I broke up with a girl whom i loved and still do today being 3 years and a half. We broke up on Christmas eve. She tells she wants to remain friends and that in 2-3 years wants to get back again. She tells me I am a distraction to her school work. She is in college as well as I am. I know she loves me, but I was wondering if there was any way we could get back together, or if there is any method where I could wait better. I really do not want to forget her because i want to be with her. Please give me advice on how to handle this situation so i can wait for her during this long period of time. Thank you.
