Hi,
Im having difficulty understanding my girlfriend. She says I'm being insecure and controlling and I don't want to be. Someone please help me understand.
We met about 4 months ago when she was out with one of her friends about a month after she broke up with her now ex. We basically fell in love after talking on the phone for a couple of weeks. Since than it has gotten pretty serious. I know I love this girl with all my heart and want to spend the rest of my life with her.
Just recently she has brought up the topic of being friends with her ex. She says I have nothing to worry about and it is mainly because they have been friends for a few years and she misses her pets.
He has not gotten over the break up and always brings up 'them' when the do talk. Another thing is she is usually distant and moody after talking to him.
I would be ok with this, but it involves going to his house to visit with the 'pets. Something just doesn't feel right.
Should I be worried about this or am I just being insecure?
