Feb 17........horrendous migraine today, spent almost the entire day in bed sleeping or throwing up. Oiy

Another migraine on the way. I can feel it in the back of my neck and working up the left hand side,behind my ear and into my cheek. The left side of my face becoming numb.

Seeing a pattern that the worst ones and the ones hardest to control are the ones a day or 2 before my period starts. Yesterday there was also a storm approaching so that did not help either,and today my period arrived.

Another aura phase

Migraine developing and is in the aura phase. I think due to the emotion brought on by that rape thread.

Another migraine today. My cheek is numb.....sore neck........feeling exhausted

Phew........it is over for now.

It returned while I was sleeping.....it looks to be one of those semi incapacitating ones designed to drive you demented.

Spent the last few hours concentrating and breathing to release the pain and using a golf ball to deep massage my shoulder and neck..........some pain is still there but manageable. Using my own positive energy from deep inside and channeling it. Focusing all of my empathic abilities on myself.....feeling calm and focused.

I would if I could take some. But opiates used to be my drug of choice if you know what I mean. With the number of migraines I get I would be an addict in no time. That is not something I want to risk again.

And the hits just keep on comin...........another one.........this time the nausea is crazy and need to throw up.

Such a freakin migraine I want to die.

Oh for a cure for sure. My mom has migraines and so does my son. My mom is post menopausal and she still has migraines weekly at the very least. I will read the link you sent. Thank you. I am sorry you are a sufferer too.

Jan 10.....sigh.....another is on it's way. Starting in the left side of my neck and head.

Jan 9..............Another migraine starting now.........ewww. This time it is more in my ear....and radiating out to my face and into my throat reducing sensation and into my eye.

Jan4/10. Another one starting I can feel it in my neck and face.

It has been a good few days. No migraines to report.

Migraine ended sometime while I was asleep.

They have done all kinds of brain scans. I do know that migraines are genetic and they have no cure as of yet.

The ones that last only a day I can take. It is the ones that last longer are SO unbearable. I have had to have medical intervention for some. I have had one where I threw up 47 times in one day and was almost on the verge of total dehydration. I was on an Army exercise. They had to hospitalize me and shoot me full of morphine. I had another one that lasted 9 days............. that was SO bad.

I know my mother tried Biofeed back years ago.....maybe something like that?

It takes a bit of time, but yes. I guess it is the vasoconstriction that drives my blood pressure up as well.

It goes high after the attack starts. Usually mine is lower end of normal...110/70.....when I have an attack it is 140/90. I think that is my body's reaction to severe pain though.
