Dating girls with emotional baggage is not a good idea. Give her space, see other women and wait to hear from her. If she does come back to you, it will be temporary until she finds somebody else. Basically you'll be the backup guy.

For me, when I'm sad, I like to listen to music that resonates with how I'm feeling. There is a catharsis that happens for me. By amplifying the sadness I seem to process it. Sometimes I cry; sometimes I don't. Afterward I feel like I've taken a journey through the sadness and have come out the other side.
