The woman that I have developed an extremely close relationship with is driving me crazy. I am her boss, which makes things very tricky, but we are very close friends also. I believe that even if she rejects me that everything will be cool, that is how close we are. So any way how do I make that ever so tricky first move? Any unique suggestions will be greatly appretiated. I am looking for basically a way to get that first kiss. By the way, if it makes any difference to you, we were extremely close friends before she started working with me. SHe keeps asking me to get drinks with her after work, and we have done so twice recently, but with others around. Do I talk to her about my feelings for her first, or do I go ahead and make the move one afternoon over a drink? Or do I make my move after one of our long talks where she seems like she wants to be comforted? We have those kinds of talks often, and I am always left feeling like she wants me to show some type of affection, but I am always so nervous about what might happen if things go to far. I really deeply care for this person and don't want to ruin what we have.

A close friend and I have developd a deep relationship at work. We have extrememly long conversations about everything and when I say everything, I mean everything. I have tried not to read anything into this because I am her boss and I look at it more as a mentoring relationship even though we are about the same age. I give her advice on everything now, and actually spend hours talking on the phone with her after work and on the weekends. We have known each other for years and were extremely close years back, but I was dating her friend at the time. I am involved with someone now very seriously, but can't help being attracted to this woman. We have so much in common and want the same things in life. I am looking for signs that she is attracted to me besides what I have mentioned. Physically I have been noticing lately that when she stands beind me her breast (nipple) touches the back of my arm and stays there until I move away. I know it sounds simple, but it seems prety damn intense to me and I was wondering if any women on this forum could give insight into what she may be feeling when this happens. Is it possible that this is coincidence and she may not even realize this, or is it posibly a very subtle and physical way of her giving me the green light.
