well, here's an update. I finally talked to him about it, and he didn't really get it at first, and he finally said that it's just a little different for him because we were pretty much best friends before we started dating. Well, we went out today and went to a live show then to the mall and to eat. Afterwards, he suggested we stop by at one of my friend's houses who by the way used to have a crush on him. I was a little annoyed, but reluctantly agreed to go. When we arrived he mostly talked and I mostly stood by my car waiting impatiently, every now and then he'd put his arm around me, and after we left I didn't feel so bad anymore. We decided to go the beach with our last hour and half we had. not a single kiss or anything in an hour and a half on the beach in the starlight completely alone. Call me crazy, but I think that's a little strange, and I was slightly disheartened because I really just wanted to give him a huge hug and really just be with him and instead we spent our time talking about axe murderers and philosophies on life. A lot of my friends have told me that I need to just make a move, but please understand that I don't want to do that because I'm his first relationship and I want him to be comfortable. I really need advice on either how to talk to him about this or how to "lure him in " I guess. What sixteen year old boy spends an hour and a half with his girlfriend and doesn't want to at least hold her? Any help would be nice.
