my bf and I have our one year anniversary coming up soon! I know he's probly planning something (he always has something planned for special occasions) but, I kind of want to do something special for him. any suggestions? thanks!!

any of the medications listed above work wonders! I find that Ibuprophen works well. also a hot water bottle, and just lying down for awhile seems to work most of them time! I'm sure she'll appreciate your help!
