Someone so has got to get out of that house and I understand that you cant get out of your lease but really this is such a toxic and unhealthy environment it could lead to some serious stuff save your sanity (ok thats a tad to dramatic) but really this just doesnt sound good at all talk to the landlord you dont have to share your biz but make something up to try and work your way out of the house or talk to her and see if there is anyway she could leave.

Yes, I think you should talk to your landlord, one of you really needs to get out.

 

Most landlords will let you sublet if you find someone to take your place. Also, it is not illegal to break a lease, although you often have to pay a stiff fine for it.
