hi, i started dating this guy about a month ago. he tells me he has feelings for me that he's not going out with anyone else. then he leaves town never tells me goodbye and just leaves me hangin after he said he would never do that to me. why?

You mean leaving town as in for good? Maybe he has some personal issues that he's dealing with that you are not aware of . . .

Men are creatures of the moment. He may have honestly thought he felt that way at first, but changed his mind. He should have told you he changed his mind instead of disappearing, but that would have been doin it the hard way. Ask yourself, do you really want to be w/someone that would leave you hanging like that? Write him off and move on.

I'm not sure why this happened. Im sure you've tried his email and cell phone. When did this happen? How long has it been?

 

Also, on a related side note, when people say "always" or "never" in relationship conversations, they want to mean those things at the time they say them but essentially they are semantic overstatements and oversimplifications...
