vandgsmom
Zelnorm helps most people with IBS-C, but not traditional diarrhea IBS. A doc can prescribe some digestive enzymes for diarrhea primary IBS that help, but most will tell you to try the Maalox/Pepto route first. You can actually get very good quality digestive enzymes from places like Whole Foods. Junk is not the only thing that does it though. Any oily food or rich food or fatty food regardless of healthful content can trigger you. Also, have you had your gallbladder checked? vandgsmom
If you're all checked out ok, then, I would say start playing with the enzymes until you find a level that works for you. I don't think you answered, do you have IBS or IBS-C?
Yvette84
As far as I know it's IBS, what's the difference?
