That being said, if you are asking because of a specific person/situation in your life, I don't know that I'd personally be gung-ho to hang around waiting for someone to decide they were ready to change. You have to take people as they are, where they are. You cannot make another person change on your timetable, and there is also a possibility that they may never choose to change. Link to comment
