Is she interested?

 

We have worked together for around seven months, I started to develop feelings for her after about two months.

 

She is a shy girl and never talks about previous relationships, no crime, granted, but it makes it hard to figure out what she's thinking. On a couple of occasions she's said that out of work 'she had to admit that certain situations made her think of me' She does not have any problems holding eye contact with me, on occasions for up to five seconds. She has told me a number of times that I just have to look at her to make her laugh. If I tell her that I'm doing something after work, at some point the following day she'll ask how it went.

 

Is she just being friendly or is she interested in something more?

 

The last thing I want is to make her feel uncomfortable at work.

Hmmm, hard to tell without more info...

 

Try making small moves and showing a little more interest in her...ask her what she's doing over the weekend, ask her if she has a boyfriend, that kind of stuff.

 

If she seems receptive, go for it.
