Well... maybe by telling him off in your office he kinda was hurt by that.. and if he's shy.. he might be insecure.. so hes probably pretty embarrased around you now >_

also, maybe he wanted to see if you were interested in him.. so he cooled off for a bit. And he had a change of heart, and decided he DID want you, so he went back to try to fire things back up with you...

Well, the reason i got frustrated is b/c i was still trying to figure out if he really was shy. I mean he only was around me,I know he's had girlfriends and when he's liked a girl in the past he goes and asks her out but so why all the games and excuses with me?

do you want to go out with him? In that case you need to initate contact now. It is possible that he's interested but nobody can tell for sure. You really need to initiate contact, you haven't seen him 'cause you basically told him to get lost.. find him and start talking to him..
