Depends what kind of guy he is. If he is a scaredy cat then probably nothing short of you telling him yourself will get him to take action. If he is a self confident guy with a large pair, simply start "accidentally" letting him catch you looking at him, then smile and look away. Link to comment

Second, this girl knows this guy, he's not a stranger. I seriously doubt a guy is going to file a lawsuit on his friend, and if he did, he would be laughed out of court. Link to comment
