My ongoing dispute with my neighbour.

Recommended Posts

I’m writing to anyone who may be able to help in anyway with a reasonable answer to my problem.my neighbours have acquired a motorhome the size of which very large and to save the fee of paying for it parked they keep it parked on the boundery line between mine and their property blocking my light and sight. Being a motorhome user my self i have lived with this situation a number of years but i draw a line to him making a garage forcourt next to my garden i ask is this legal? Having hung my clean washing out to dry on a sunny day when he decided to power wash his motorhome when i saw him i asked him to stop whilst i got my dry then washing in the answer i got was a mouth full of dirty words ending telling me to go f### myself obviously this is what has prompted me to find some  help is he legally parked there. I wonder if the council have any legal requirements to help.not only have they got the motorhome parked they have since bought a trailor to attach to tow there car with them of which they did have two thankyou for reading this and please if you think of anything that might help please let me know, as im getting very upset and depressed with it all. I am yours truly Catherine k

Please check with your local zoning board. Depending on your area and how restricted it is some things may be in violation of certain zoning ordinances. You probably can't do much about rude nasty neighbors but you can research laws in your jurisdiction. Alternatively you could consult an attorney as far as harassment.

Please install a video home security system since things are escalating to verbal violence. If this neighbor becomes increasingly aggressive, just call the police to settle disputes about disturbing the peace.
