TOA
Guys just wondering (if anyone can help). Sometimes for no reason I get a weird pain in my chest, it's about 5cm down my body directly under the left nipple. If I just adjust myself it tends to go away, but today for the first time after running (as it was raining) to my car when I got inside my car the pain came about. I'm only 22 fit and healthy, is this normal or am I paranoid? Thanks, TOA Link to comment
snowgirl
It could be a problem with the muscles between your ribs. Whatever it is, if you are concerned, you should go to your doctor. Link to comment
DragonGirl724
you could have pulled a muscle or it could be gas. id take a Maalox and rub Vix on the sore spot. itll sooth the pain and release any trapped gas that could be causing the discomfort. -DG724 Link to comment
passions1
Whether it could be from exercising or just at rest, and doesn't seem to improve, then do consider seeing the doctor & describe your exact symptoms. It could be the muscles, it could be related to your breathing, but we can't exactly determine it. I know that sometimes when I exercise I get a upper chest tightness that makes it more difficult for me to breathe. This had been going on for years, so I wasn't sure if I might have a mild asthma or exercised induced asthma. So the doctor gave me a albuterol inhaler to be used when the breathing problem or chest tightness comes on. Hope you figure out what you need! Link to comment
