Hi. I need some help putting a CD together.

I'm making a CD for my best friend; and I need some more songs to fill it up. What I'm looking for are songs where the topic is friendship and support. Songs that will tell this girl that I'll allways be there. You know the type; "The Calling - Wherever You Will Go", "Mariah Carey & Brian McKnight - Whenever You Call", "The Pretenders - I'll Stand By You" - Those types of songs .. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have some tracks to fill.

Umm, I don't know alot about R&B but Usher I've heard has alot of songs like that or relating. One I know that is about that is called My Boo - Usher. Personally I hate that kind of music but it's for your girl so yeah .

"You've got a friend" is a good one, lots of people have covered it, but the best is James Taylor's or Carol king's (she wrote it). There's also a version with the performing together if you can find it.
