lol hikki's , yeah I think they are just spots like, when you suck till the blood comes to the top of underneath the skin where its visible?

 

About halfway down, or where it sort of forms and angle between the neck and shoulder are the best places for most guys, the lower you go the more sexy it makes them feel. (obviously)
