late because of B/c?

i was reading this thing on how weman can be late on their period because they went off birth control. im just wondering how late is too late? like how many days before you sohuld worry if its not because of the b/c

I personally have never heard of that... so it'd be interesting to know myself... considering I have went off birth control numerous times and was never late for my periods...

I'm not sure the amount of days it can be late. I have heard that your period can be irregular for awhile if you stop birth control, or if you start it. I'm on birth control and I know my period was irregular for awhile when I first started. I haven't stopped taking it yet, so I don't really know anything about that from experience.
