hello....i've been together with my girlfriend for a little over 13 months and recently found out that her best friend has an interest in me....she comes over with my g/f and we all hang out and i feel kinda weird or something because i kinda like her too...any advice on what to do would be great...thanks

If you want to cheat thats not really any of my concern but it would be stupid/idiotic for you do do anything with your gfs best friend. Just because you like a person doesnt mean that you need to be with them or that it will even work out. Calm down or you will be caught up in some major drama, If you wanna be smart about it then cheat with a girl that you gf doesnt know.
