Am I supposed to break NC for this reason???

so my ex and I shared a cellphone plan. now, her contract ends in august and i was originally paying for the both of us the whole time we were together. now that we're broken up, am i supposed to ask her for money for the cell phone plan for the next couple of months until august?

 

when we broke up, she was the one that said she can't get herself off of the plan and wanted me to call the service provider in august to make her by herself, but i refused and told her she has to be the one to do the work because breaking it off was her idea. However, i forgot to talk about the payment of the plan until then...

 

i don't mind paying for it for the next 2 months, but what am i supposed to do in this situation?

 

I've been in NC since the break up. so far, 5 days because as i post this, its practically thursday.

If you're primary, freeze the number, let her know by email.

She could rack up a fortune in LD charges.

 

She's not your problem any more.

Sever all areas that might cause you financial vulnerability.

 

Don't ask her for payment, it's only a few bucks anyway if it's frozen.

 

She can go get a new phone tomorrow.
