We need a lot more info here man... Who is she, does she seem to have an interest in you? eye contact, body language that might be flirtacious. Is she a friend, if she someone you don't know at all, etc.. there are a lot of things we'll need to know before we can answer your question... I'll be around to wait for more details...

I do need more info but... Basiclly talk to her first. Get to know her. You don't want to scare her by just walking up wiht out knowing her and asking her out. If you do know, great . Then when you feel the time is right ask her. Like if your alone or in a big crowd. If you're to shy to do that ask her out in a note and put it in her locker when your in the hall alone. Like ask for a pass to the bathroom. But before you do any of that, talk to her. well, good luck and tell us what happens
