feeling really insecure and jealous today

Sometimes i go through phases during the weeks of extreme insecurity and jealousy. ill relive things that have happened in my current relationship that have made me really insecure and jealous. there were some situations that made me upset that happened last year. my boyfriend and i talked about stuff, i know i over react and that he is with me, and only me, but some days i get consumed with the past. and this week is definitely going to be one of those weeks. i just wish i could forget some stuff already! its been so long, and im so over the torture.

Insecurity and jealousy are self-fulfilling prophecies, in that the more you are insecure and jealous, the more you will have cause to be because you will drive your loved one away. Nobody wants to hang out with someone who is insecure and jealous....it's just drains your energy. So forget about the insecurities and jealousy. I saw a great quote recently, "to be loved, become more lovable".
