hello all

thers a girl i like from school. she has a BF. this girl has emotonal issues and i help her with this. her BF is asking me for advice. he wants to exit the relationship and i need advice on how to do this. once the relationship is over how should i make my next move. i dont want to hurt anyone need advice.

wow that is a tricky one......there are a few questions in there i believe......

 

first of all, in my opinion, its completely inappropriate for the BF to ask you about help breaking up with the GF who is your good friend. the only way this would be appropriate is if you are really close with the BF, which from you post i get the impression you are closer with the girl than the guy.........

 

im not sure exactly what to tell him, hopefully someone else can help you with that......

 

the thing to do afterwards is the cliche "just be there for her" i guess.......also keep in mind a lot of times, particularly as teenagers (which i am as well), we break up with someone, and then get back together with her or him, so be slightly careful as to what you say.......it also depends on how long they have been going out--if they have gone out for 2 years, you should be really patient in this--if its just a couple weeks, then i would say you don't need to wait very long before making your move.......
