googoodollsroc
Hello I've been dieting since May and I've lost 4 and a half stone, so now I'm down to my last few months of dieting and I need to burn a stone and a half since my ideal weight is 12 and a half stone (5ft 9 & and a solid build) but I still look quite chunky-ish, so is that gonna come off in the next stone and a half?? waveseer
Make sure you eat right and get adequate rest and fluids so you don't get run down. Link to comment
googoodollsroc
wow, you must be really working hard then. The trick, of course, is keeping the weight off! Haha, yeah that's the only thing but I've really learnt to control my eating now and I find exercise really fun do it's like almost become a hobbie but after a long day at college it can be a bit of a pain to get used to it lol.
