To early for No contact?

I was just wondering, my girlfriend left me, but we've only been dating a month ( posted a thread on this a little while ago ) Would no contact be the way to go? I mean we're good friends and I feel as though doing no contact would just make her feel that we aren't friends or anything to that extent. So is a month to soon for no contact?

this is wat i think i think if u wanted to stay friends with her after you broke up you would start to tak to her and causally say high to her every now and then and just start working up to the point u were at when u were friend before u started goin out with her
