How do I know when to kiss her

Ok, many of you know about my earlier posts, but here is where I have a question. We have only really got to see each three times, we got pretty close last Saturday night when I was at her house. When it was time to leave we talked for a minute or two and then I started to give her a hug but it was almost like she wanted a kiss, but I am not really sure. When should I try to kiss her? For you girls, when is the right moment, and how do you want to be kissed. I don't want to sound like an idiot but I have never done this before and I was hoping that someone could give a little insight into this. All responses will be greatly appreciated.

Don't wait too long..just set the mood first. Touch her in non sexual places and look at each other..then just go in. If ya wait too long..she'll either think your gay or not interested and look elsewhere for male companionship.
