how long have you 2 been together? what are her interests? i would say that you shouldn't give her something that you buy, maybe you can make her something & buy her something, but i would prefer something that my bf made special for me. or buy something that means something. my bfs birthday just passed a little while ago & i gave him this frame thing with a bunch of pictures of us together. i had my sister take the pictures of us (she took A LOT) & he had no idea why she was doing it. he really liked it. i've seen little teddy bears with frames on their stomaches that you can put a picture in. that would be cute to put a pic of the 2 of you together in it. oh, yeah & don't forget flowers. if she works in an office, or wherever, send flowers to her office.
