there isnt a book that can really help u in my opinion it depends on ur body...i dont spend all that much time working out, i get my muscles from indirect excercies

i agree you need to give her a lot of time if you rush into it you might be happy for a while but you will be unsure if she is into you and stuff like that its happenin to me an r relationship might end soon
