I am lost within this world,

though everyone's around me,

I have my friends,

my family,

but they just seem so distant.

I play the main role in my movie,

the good guy,

the bad guy,

the drama queen,

heroic prince,

but the role I like is who I am.

My life is like a soap opera,

a tangled web I weave,

the broken hearts

and tragedies,

the people loved and lost.

Is there a future for me,

or am I still living in the past?

such agony.

When no one understands you,

but people seem to care,

you're all alone,

even though people are still there.

In my world I'm looking out,

but no one's looking in,

trapped in my foggy crystal ball.

For erasing me

may be the thing to do.

Will someone catch me if I fall?

Sweet are your lips against mine,

tastes so good, wet like wine.

Your eyes are the heaven in which I lie,

as beautiful as the bluest sky.

Your voice is calming, sweet and soothing,

the way I feel about you,

a love that's true.

You're there for me,

I'm there for you,

as the best boyfriend that I can be.

You're my rock,

my dream,

my everything.

You told me that you like me,

I thought you really cared,

I gave to you my heart and soul,

shared with you my hopes and dreams,

gave it all to you.

you left me without warning,

stepped right outside the door,

looked through all the photos,

remembered the memories we had.

Wondering what you're up to,

wondering if you care,

I guess our love was based off of lies.

I saw the letter that you wrote him,

the words ripped through my heart

like the bullet from a gun.

Each kiss we have feels less passionate,

your touch feels oh so cold.

When you say you love me,

you tell him that..I'm told.

You don't look back and walk away,

leave me here with nothing else to say,

empty and shocked,

I guess our love was based on lies.

I liked it a lot. Reminds me of how I felt when my true love broke up with me back in 1999

I see a beauty

with a heart of gold

and a soul serene.

Her is like a river of gold,

her eyes as bright as the bluest skies,

her smile so sweet,

her words touch the heart

straight from the start.

She's a goddess,

she's a queen,

she's an angel sent from heaven

that came right to me.

she's the most beautiful girl

and that person is you.

You always made us laugh,

you're heart was always there.

we all loved to be around you,

you're a wonderful guy,

a loving dad,

and a great friend.

You touched our hearts in several ways,

you sang like a rockstar.

you raced like a champ.

In our eyes, you're always a winner.

in our eyes you're a champion.

You'll always and forever be in our hearts and in our mind,

and will be missed dearly.

All who know you will see a piece of you

in your son,

you will never be forgotten

but always remembered.

Thanks. It's really not that hard, you just have to write from the heart

When I look into your eyes

I see the bluest skies.

I hear your voice inside my head

wishing that you were here instead.

The night we met I knew it was true

in my heart I knew it was you.

You make me happy,

you make me smile.

I haven't felt like this in awhile.

I hold you in my arms so tight,

and dream of you each day and night.

Why thank you

poetry is my thing

It's the feeling that I get when I'm on stage (besides being nervous)

YAY! I'm glad that I have fans

My instrument is my heart,

my soul my music,

the roar of the crowd is heaven.

Going on stage,

feeling the rush from fans,

their voices singing every word,

the claps and shouts in sync with what I play,

my voice heard in the ears of thousands,

my message being felt by many all over.

I look out in the sea of people,

blood, sweat and tears to get here,

Remembering when I was a fan,

rocking out in my bedroom,

my rock and roll, Guitar Hero fantasy,

now is true.

Making music,

playing music,

displaying my talent to others,

being heard,

reaching my heart and soul out to those

who love music as much as I do.

Only in a dream I see,

a beauty with a heart of gold

who lies in my heart so silently.

A woman who makes me smile so big

the thought of kissing her cheek

is wonderful,

the thought of seeing her smile is great.

Thoughts of her run through my head

during the day and when I lie in bed.

I want to sweep her off of her feet,

for she is a rose in my world,

the sun every morning

and the moon at night.

My love for her will be everlasting,

my heart will be hers forever

until the day I die.

awww! Thank you. I just write from the heart

My heart is crumbling

my soul is dying.

darkness all around me

even when the sun shines.

I can't help but feel this way.

when I feel it everyday.

So alone,

so empty.

I'm losing control of what I used to feel

when I was a young boy.

the smiles,

the laughter,

the sheer happiness.

has now faded away.

I wish it was different.

I wish I felt the way I did back then.

It's so hard to change the way I feel now.

I feel so alone in this world,

even with friends and family around.

I cry on the inside and smile on the outside.

A fake smile,

no one hears me tho

as I scream within

for this pain to leave me.

My world is crumbling around me

and in a world where I would see everyone,

I see nothing.

no one cares,

no one knows,

here I sit...

all alone.
