oh i forgot 2. i have more but these really need to be included. War All the Time by Thursday - i cant put my finger on exactly what this is about. a number of things. seems to me its about how we are constantly battling with something going on in life in the midst of battles going on between nations and people. Nights Spent Dying by LakeShoreDrive - ya know, i could ask Tim what this song is about but it would ruin it for me. its just an emotionally moving song for me. ive seen them perform countless numbers of times. love these local cats.

lets see Konstantine by Something Corporate - about the one you just cant let go Watch the Sky by Something Corporate - about the fights in life you cant help but try and win over and over and over again. for andrew mcmahon of something corporate, it would be leukemia. I Won't See You Tonight Part 1 by Avenged Sevenfold (before they sucked, believe me.) - about moving on for your own good and how you havta leave people behind sometimes. and also about how you will always come back to those people when the time is right. Boston by Augustana - about how your current location just doesnt cut it and you want to branch out and see other places and do other things. Nervous Breakdown by Black Flag - sheer anger. nothing more lovely.

i guess that is one thing i DONT do...let go of the reigns. im always thinking...its crazy how much i think through situations. its even more crazy, to me at least (probably because im doing the thinking), that it doesnt work out after ive thought up every possible scenario. maybe ill do that. just let things go.

yeah dreng, that seems to be exactly what is going on. and man...ive tried each thing you've suggested. it just doesnt happen.

well see i do that...im very outgoing and i talk to everybody i see. i go to a small school and id say im pretty much friends with everybody. there isnt anybody i dislike, so im always nice and hardly in a bad mood. so im always talking to people and girls are no different. i talk to them all the time. and i tend to flirt and stuff like that...i dont know. maybe im just not a like-able (as in going out, like.) guy.

Ok...I have this reoccurring problem. I like a girl and would like to date her so i try to get to know her and stuff...but then it's like...i don't get anywhere. I just get the ol' best friend thing...you know what I'm talking about...will tell you everything but would never imagine dating you in a thousand years. Yeah, that's how this goes. It happens any time that I try to get close to a girl...it sucks terribly. What am I doing wrong here?
