  1. A few weeks ago my best friend and I had planned a big girls night out that included one of her daughters. I was really excited because it was an outing to the club we had spent new years eve at and one of my favorites but not hers. We had been going out quite often to the type of club she liked (country music with lots of cowboys) and I always came along with her. I can't do all the country dance stuff and don't find cowboys very attractive but she is my best friend and I would go just because. A week before our planned outing I had a offer for a date but turned it down because I already had plans with my friend. A few days before our outing she messages me, not calls, and tells me that her daughter has poison ivy and she has a date with a new fella and they are going to the local country music club and cancels our big night. Oh, but I could come too if I wanted. I was livid! I said that I could have went on a date as well but turned it down because of us already having plans. She said "but he can dance." oh well !! We have been best friends for years and I have NEVER done anything like this to her. To make matters worse rather than appoligising she sends me an e-card that says ... we will always be friends even though we dont always think alike .... we have or dissagreements ect ect ..... no "I am sorry, I was wrong," nothing! I just can't get over this and need help! any advise would be wonderful
