Every woman is different and there are some cases when they will NOT bleed. As far as teh masturbation she would not bleed either. Link to comment

I've never heard of it, because our fingers are so small, the hymen is just pushed to the side and you are definitely still a virgin. Not all female virgins bleed when they first have sex, but the hymen does break at some point (whether it be when you first have sex or have something thrust into you large enough to break it.) you are a virgin until you have sexual intercourse.
