Until you get stronger take time a day or two off from each session so that your muscles can recuperate. You will love the way that it makes you feel which is more important than how good it will make you look Link to comment
pi_anochik Posted July 22, 2003 Share Posted July 22, 2003 As the other two said, time will heal them^^ You should always have a day between tough workouts to let your muscles heal and grow. If the pain is unbearable, take an advil or something similar. It should take away the pain. Link to comment
