I don't know if there's any correlation to feelings for the person, interest in sex at the time, or simply the sensation that comes along with orgasm can be tied to one thing. For example, maybe your bf associates orgasm with the sensation of a blowjob so for him it's a mental issue of not being able to disassociate BJ's from vag sex. Link to comment
