Lately I've been making a new me. I joined KungFu and Im so glad I did...Ive only had 2 classes but I feel so much better about myself.By far the best thing I have ever done...I've noticed now, I dont mind being alone...im starting to enjoy the smaller things in life.

basically Im posting this, just to let some people who maybe depressed, just get out there and join any sort of martial arts, its fun...builds your self esteem, and most importantly it could save your life.
