Need help forgetting about someone

Ok this has gone too far lol. I can't take it anymore! I dont know what to do! There's this girl ive liked for like over 3 1/2 yrs now and i can never seem to get her out of my mind. i try liking other girls and i do for a while but then i end up going back to liking her again. I dont think she even cares about talking to me either. I think its starting to get obsessive if it hasnt already. I really want it to stop but i dont know what to do. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you asked her out yet? That can take a MAJOR load off if you've liked her that long. Even if she rejects you you can forget about it.

No i havent, and we've only talked online before, never at school. Its like she knows im there but never says anything to me.

Well that means she wants YOU to make the first move. Especially if she's giving you eye contact starting from her. One of the things you might see and maybe the only thing you'll see from a hot girl you like will be that she might only communicate with you subconsciously with her eyes and nothing more. So just watch out for that, if she already does it tell me about it.
