I'm a grade 12 student and I have an important assignment which requires me to evaluate the difference between the way a highschool student deals with a conflict in a romantic relationship compared to the way young adults deal with their conflicts. I want to know what people think about this topic, how conflicts in these different relationships are dealt with, and why they are dealt with so differently. I am not a young adult, but I feel that talking out issues is the most important way to work on a relationship. I also like to keep things fair and even as much as possible. It is also really important to say no occasionally if you really can't do something. If people are able to take advantage of you, their aggression tends to increase.
