BetterWithoutU
The other day I sent a message to my ex, what I said was probably true but there was no need for me to say it, and now I regret it. Should I apologize for what I said or just continue with NC and say nothing? Link to comment
gtnovru
Go back to NC, say nothing. Don't get sucked into it all... go back to healing and moving forward. Link to comment
longroads
I would apologize if I felt it was needed....and....I would immediately return to NC Link to comment
BetterWithoutU
I guess I feel like I should since I feel bad for what I said, even though it was the truth. I think it's probably better if I just stick to NC. Thank you for the advice Link to comment
Mustachio
Dont contact. You are looking for excuses to get in touch, but it wont go the way you want, regardless of what you think your intentions are. When you are truly moved or moving on and your emotions have settled down quite a bit if you still feel guilty for what you said, apologize then. But I wouldnt until you are absolutely confident that contacting wont set you back. Link to comment
