Feeling of being alone?

Have anyone from time to time feel that are alone or feel like they want to talk ep someone but dont know what to say? If you do have the same feeling please explain what trigger this feeling and how you can over come. Would like to hear from guys and girls.

I often get this feeling since splitting from my ex. But I feel that is more tied into my whole routine changing suddenly back in March. Not sure if thats what you were after?
