Aries73 Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 I'm starting to feel a little better than I was last week, but I'd like to find out if hypnotherapy would work to get me out of the mindset that keeps me in this terrible cycle of fear and self-hatred. *How much do sessions cost? *Does insurance cover this? *How long do I need to go before I notice a turnaround? *Has anyone tried it and was there a positive result?
