Tell the truth

When I talking with cyberfirends, I mostly tell the truth, because I think always remembering what I have lied to them is painful. But I also worry that if I tell them anyting truly, it might a potential danger. What do you think?

Well,wen i am talking with cyberfriends i tell the truth also.But i never give out any truly revealing or dangerous information.Such as my phone number mailing address or anything like that.But for the most part i tell them everything else.

I don't think it will be a good idea that you are telling the truth with your cybeyfriends all the time. Most important reason is there are no body really care about what you just say in cyberspace community anyway. You might be a turely person, how about the others? How do you feel if somebody cheatting you as you think he/she is a real friend???

i agree with i_hate_the_world, never give your mailing address and other important things. For security reason. But there's no harm if you will tell them some truth about you. Just put some limitations on the things that you want to share with them.

It all depends on how much you trust someone....I have given out my number and address over the net before because I trust the person I'm giving it to. That's what it all comes down to.

You should tell the truth because you can get caught in a lie and you might end up losing friends over it. BUT telling the truth doesn't mean you have to reveal everything about yourself. If someone asks you a question that you're not comfortable answering, just be honest and tell them that you just aren't comfortable talking about that. Usually they will understand.
