I don't know if I should ask her out again

I like this girl were both friends. I asked her out last christmas and she said no. I think she likes me now but i dont no when to ask or how. We talk all the time and she said she wants to go see a movie so should i ask her to go to a movie or not. Shes like one of my best friends so i don't know if i should ask her out.

The same thing happened to me mate i asked a girl out when i was younger and she said no. A few months later she told me she liked me. Just chill if she likes u so much then let her come to you. just act normal around her. Why do guys have to do all the chasing.
