seifer
Last year I would jog 5 miles every other day or so, but this year when I jog about a mile or two, I begin having chest pains...not really pains, but a weird feeling when I breath in hard...also my mouth becomes really flemmy or somethin', like there is snot or the king built up in my throat? What happened? Is it just me being out of shape and will it go away? Also, it has drastically decreased my times... last year my 3 mile time was 16:28 at best, now I can barely finish 3 miles in under 25 minutes...if that, probably about 30 minutes... Link to comment

just_smile
hey i think it could be that you are just simply out of shape but i think that you should go and have a check up just in case, to be on the safe side. i would just take some water or juice with you to help. ~LJ =; Link to comment
seifer
It isn't really pains, it is like a weird tingly feeling and my abs also get tight and hurt, I am thinking it is just me being out of shape, as I run more the flemg and abs dont hurt as much. Link to comment
