And many women have an extremely hard time getting g-spot orgasims. For the clitoris, you have to do something to your own personal sensitivity level, to soft, and it won't do anything for you, to hard and it will just tickle like creazy, but not turn on. Getting a vibrator right for you is much more art than science. But for sex, yes, a real penis may do the trick.
