Another is when both people decide they want to get back together. Some people may think a period of NC is useful for this, but I think that the couple really needs to keep communication open as they work it out. Link to comment

When my ex and I broke up, I just had nothing to say to him anymore. I just hate it when I see him in the street, all these feelings of anger just comes back that is why NC is the best solution for me. It gets easier over time. Well, in my experience it does...
