What do you think of a girl that would not answer any of your calls, but everytime she sees you, she practically drools over the sight of you and always act that she likes you.

or ask her close friends about how she feels for your friend

If your he won't ask her then he's never going to find out, and he has a big possibility of missing out. There's not much else anyone can do without playing silly, immature games.

 

Just tell your friend to ask her or forget her. If he's really interested in the girl, nobody's should have to do the work for him. There's no reason to be shy about it... if he asks, she might say no, and she might say yes! If he never asks, he's definitely got no chance! Follow me?

It means that this girl is not interested. Women will still flirt and be nice to guys they aren't interested in.

 

She is keeping his hopes up..possibly because she doesn't want to be disliked by him as she knows she has led him on up til now. If a girl is romantically interested..she answers the calls !!!!!!!!!!!!!! TELL HIM TO IGNORE HER FLIRTING. I bet she doesn't bother asking why he doesn't respond to her flirting..she'll realise her false hope tactics have been spoiled.

 

However,if she asks why he is ignoring her..she 'might' be interested.

i think that shes a lil ignorant, either shes doing it as a joke and attention or maybe she just doesnt like talking on the phone to guys becuase i know that i dont, well in fact i cant stand talking on the phone to anyone you cant see emotions
